Darrell Nguyen
Darrell Nguyen is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office. His practice focuses on complex multi-party construction litigation, real estate litigation, professional liability, landlord tenant and habitability, personal injury and general liability litigation.
Mr. Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation and has successfully handled hundreds of cases from inception through all phases of litigation, including trial, arbitration and settlement.
Mr. Nguyen received a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, in 2000 – not too far away from our San Diego law firm office. Mr. Nguyen earned his J.D. in 2003 from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the USD International Law Journal. Mr. Nguyen is licensed to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California. He is a board member of the Association of Defense Counsel – Northern California and serves on the Public Entity sub-law committee. He is also a member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court.
In his free time, Mr. Nguyen enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his friends and family. He is an avid tennis, pickle ball and ultimate frisbee player, belonging to several leagues in San Francisco.
