Jordan Fine

Jordan Fine is Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes’ Houston office. Her practice focuses on a variety of defense matters, including complex commercial litigation, product liability torts, and employment issues.

Ms. Fine is a litigator with trial experience in both state and federal courts. She has advised clients through complex disputes of all sizes. She has obtained a jury verdict for over $500,000 against a company wrongfully complaining it had an enforceable non-compete, mediated and settled a $3.5 million commercial real estate dispute, and served a critical role in negotiating and implementing a $2.4 billion mass tort settlement. Additionally, Ms. Fine has successfully represented clients before various regulatory agencies and negotiated with local, city, and county government officials regarding land development and zoning issues, as well as municipal bond issuances valued in excess of $100 million.

Ms. Fine obtained her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as the Chief Casenotes and Comments Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. She obtained her B.S. from the University of Alabama, Honors College.

In her free time, Ms. Fine enjoys spending time with her family.
