David Bregman is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. He has spent the better part of his legal career analyzing and resolving complex business and commercial and construction related disputes and achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Bregman successfully represents clients in a wide range of complex business transactional and litigation matters including contractual disputes, contract review and negotiation, corporate formation, real estate, complex construction litigation, delay claims, mechanics lien actions, and risk management.
Mr. Bregman has extensive experience developing case handling strategy and leading a team through the discovery and mediation process. He has more than three decades of experience as defense counsel, has experience as lead trial counsel, and has tried to verdict several cases involving personal injury, business fraud, property damage, and construction defect.
Mr. Bregman received his J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from California State University Northridge. He is admitted to practice law in California.
When not working, Mr. Bregman enjoys spending time with his family, taking long walks with his wife, watching his boys’ sporting activities, and reading.
