Kurt McDavid

Kurt McDavid is an Associate Attorney in Tyson & Mendes’ Jacksonville Office.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. McDavid worked as a Public Defender, presiding over 3,000 cases and 12 jury trials.  He subsequently practiced at a boutique firm representing community associations, where he obtained numerous trial wins, including a directed verdict on behalf of his client. Mr. McDavid has been a been a member of The Florida Bar since 2020.

Mr. McDavid obtained his J.D. from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, College of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.
