Daniel El Arnaouty

Daniel El Arnaouty is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ New York office. He represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general casualty, automobile liability, premises liability, construction and personal injury.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. El Arnaouty practiced civil litigation on both the defense and plaintiff sides, giving him valuable insight on the inner workings of each case. Moreover, he primarily worked in the field of insurance defense, dealing with coverage issues. Mr. El Arnaouty also defended automobile and construction accident claims brought through subrogation. He also has experience with medical malpractice. Mr. El Arnaouty’s passion for litigation was sparked during his internship with the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where he worked in the Environmental Protection Bureau assisting in high-profile investigations in preparation for litigation. Prior to this position, he interned for the Civil Division of the Legal Aid Society, as well as for Justice Robert Miller at the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department.
Mr. El Arnaouty obtained his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. He obtained his B.A. from the Fordham University in 2013.
