Stephen C. Haynes
Stephen C. Haynes is a Complex Trial Partner at Tyson & Mendes’ San Antonio office. His practice focuses on personal injury defense.
Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Haynes was a partner at a Texas firm. He has tried more than 125 jury trials to a verdict throughout Central and South Texas during his career. Mr. Haynes has obtained defense verdicts in numerous cases involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death in many difficult venues, including the Rio Grande Valley and Laredo. In many of these cases, plaintiffs’ counsel sought multimillion dollar verdicts which were not awarded by the jury. Mr. Haynes is licensed to practice in Texas, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
Mr. Haynes obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Texas.
