Magdalena Jacquez

Magdalena Jacquez is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. Her practice area includes a full range of civil litigation.

Ms. Jacquez is a Central Valley native. Before joining Tyson & Mendes, she was a summer law clerk for the Kern County District Attorney’s Office. She then clerked for private firms in areas ranging from personal injury to immigration. Ms. Jacquez helped by preparing dispositive motions and assisting trial attorneys in preparing for high-stakes litigation. She is admitted to practice in California.

 She obtained her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. While in law school, she served as Vice President of the Multicultural Law Student Association and Secretary of the Latinx Law Student Association. Ms. Jacquez obtained her double B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from California State University, Bakersfield.  

In her free time, Ms. Jacquez enjoys traveling, eating at new restaurants, going to the gym, and hanging out with her fiancé and their dog.
