Julie Noonan
Julie Noonan is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Denver office.
Ms. Noonan has significant experience defending general commercial liability matters, including premises liability, professional liability (medical, legal, and real estate professionals), trucking and transportation matters, product liability, lender liability, and defense of officers and directors. She has over thirty jury verdicts and numerous bench trials and arbitrations. While she enjoys trial work, she is also skilled at positioning litigation matters for summary judgment or favorable settlement opportunities. Ms. Noonan has practiced in state and federal courts in Illinois, Nebraska, and Colorado. She is currently active in Colorado state and federal courts.
Ms. Noonan obtained her J.D. from the Creighton University School of Law in 1992, where she was a member of the International Moot Court Board. She obtained a B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University in 1988.
Outside of the office, Ms. Noonan enjoys skiing, golfing and traveling with her family.
