Meghan Boudreau Daigle

Meghan Boudreau Daigle is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Tallahassee office. Her practice focuses on automobile negligence.
Ms. Daigle has extensive litigation experience in insurance defense, practicing in medical malpractice, first party property, automobile negligence, and employment discrimination cases. She has also litigated in other areas of civil law including: family, probate, guardianship, and small claims law. Ms. Daigle served as President of Tallahassee Women Lawyers in 2012-2013. She also served as Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer for Leon County. She has also worked with the Office of the Attorney General representing the State of Florida, state agencies, and the judiciary in civil rights cases. Ms. Daigle has also worked for Legal Services of North Florida and Legal Aid of Tallahassee and received recognition for her pro bono work. Ms. Daigle is licensed to practice in Florida and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Florida; U. S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, and Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Daigle obtained her J.D. degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 2002, where she served on the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, receiving awards for Outstanding Contribution and Outstanding Subciter. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Communications from Florida State University, and a minor in Journalism from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Ms. Daigle grew up a child of an Air Force pilot and lived in various places before calling Florida home. She enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
