Reese Swincher
Reese Swincher is an Associate at Tyson and Mendes’ San Antonio office. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation.
Mr. Swincher has experience litigating personal injury cases from both plaintiff and defense sides, which gives him insight into countering common plaintiffs’ tactics. He also worked for the Texas Senate during the 83rd legislative session.
Mr. Swincher obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s University. During his time in law school, he clerked at the Hays County District Attorney’s Office and was an active member of the Student Bar Association. He is accredited to mediate civil and family cases. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Swincher obtained his B.A. in political science from Texas State University.
