Alisha Fall

Alisha Fall is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on real property habitability defense, personal injury litigation defense, corporate health care defense litigation, and complex business litigation. She also provides support for litigation teams focusing on corporate real estate defense.

Ms. Fall has a vast business litigation and transactional real estate background that enables her to provide clear solutions to complex legal issues in the business arena. She is also adept at managing multi-state litigation cases and readying the cases for trial. Ms. Fall has more than two decades of civil litigation experience representing individuals and businesses throughout California in state and federal courts. She is also a real estate broker and has a breadth of knowledge in real estate litigation and corporate real estate transactions. Ms. Fall commenced her practice with bankruptcy litigation, representing trustees and creditors, and she branched out to corporate defense litigation, including having served as local counsel for a major insurer at Steptoe and Johnson in Los Angeles.

Ms. Fall obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1999 and obtained her B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1993. After obtaining her law degree, Ms. Fall served as a law clerk for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith in the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court and an extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter in the United States District Court for the Central District of Los Angeles.

In her free time, Ms. Fall enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending concerts and sporting events.
