Jonathan Hack

Jonathan Hack is Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes’ New York and Connecticut offices. He has over 12 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Hack was a partner at an insurance defense firm in New York City, where his practice included construction litigation involving design and defect claims, premises liability, professional liability, commercial automobile litigation, and insurance coverage. Mr. Hack has successfully represented a diverse range of clients including architects, engineers, restaurants, recreational facilities, fitness centers, ride-share companies, real estate management companies, and trucking companies in defense of claims against them. He is a trusted attorney and an aggressive litigator and is skilled in investigation, mediation, and negotiation. Mr. Hack has a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He also aims to be a resource for his clients as they navigate disputes both in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Hack obtained his J.D from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra University.

In his free time, Mr. Hack enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys. He also enjoys cooking and traveling.
