Joseph F. Longo

Joseph F. Longo is a Partner in our Philadelphia office. Mr. Longo’s practice consists of representing individuals, corporate clients, employers, businesses, insurance companies and third-party administrators in matters ranging in casualty, products liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, assault, and professional liability matters.
Mr. Longo prides himself on working closely with clients, outside counsel, and claims adjusters to coordinate strategy and provide claims value analysis for prospective and ongoing cases. A trial attorney for more than 20 years, Mr. Longo has tried cases before arbitrators and juries in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Longo also serves as an arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. Recently, Mr. Longo obtained summary judgment in the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County on behalf of a commercial client based on the Hills and Ridges Doctrine. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Longo obtained his law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1999. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University in 1996.
Mr. Longo is married, has 2 daughters, and resides in Bucks County, PA. When he is not working, Mr. Longo can be found at dance recitals or on the basketball court cheering on his daughters.
