Brooke Park

Brooke Park is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office, where her practice focuses on general liability and commercial litigation. With extensive litigation experience, Ms. Park represents both individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex legal matters, including bodily injury, property damage, and UIM/UM claims.

Ms. Park has a diverse background, having worked as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel, which has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective on litigation strategy. Her experience includes pre-litigation negotiation and resolution, litigation, trial preparation, trial (bench and jury), post-judgment recovery, property damage subrogation, and handling matters related to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Park gained valuable experience as panel counsel at a national litigation firm and as staff counsel for a national insurance carrier.

In her current role, Ms. Park has consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients, securing favorable results through negotiation, mediation, discovery motions, and dispositive motions.  Whether securing victories in trial or through dispositive motions, she is known for a results-driven approach that prioritizes the client’s objectives while managing risk and litigation costs effectively.  Known for her meticulous case preparation and her ability to effectively navigate complex legal issues, Ms. Park is a trusted advocate in the insurance defense field. Ms. Park is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Park obtained her J.D. from Western State University, College of Law, where she also earned a Business Law Certificate from WSU’s Business Law Center. She obtained her B.A. in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
