Ryan Hershkowitz

Ryan Hershkowitz is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ New York office.

Mr. Hershkowitz is an experienced litigator with a background on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury matters. He gained invaluable experience as a trial attorney at one of the nation’s top five property and casualty insurers, defended insureds and businesses at a U.S. News Tier 1–ranked national insurance defense firm, and most recently was a zealous advocate as a part of the plaintiff’s bar. This dual perspective allows him to anticipate and counter opposing strategies effectively, while achieving efficient and favorable results for his clients. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Hershkowitz obtained his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and was an editor for Syracuse Law Review. Mr. Hershkowitz previously graduated from Boston University on a merit scholarship.
