Alexandra Noyes

Alexandra Noyes is Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. Her practice areas include a full range of insurance defense litigation. She represents clients in complex litigation, premises liability, construction defect liability, personal injury and products liability.

Ms. Noyes has successfully conducted litigation on a variety of high-profile cases since the beginning of her legal career practicing in both federal and state courts. Her career as a civil trial attorney has not been limited to one practice area, and she has experience with a variety of types of cases. She thrives on and enjoys doing complex research and writing for appeals. Ms. Noyes has represented both defendants and plaintiffs, obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements in civil court, family law court, and the probate court. Notably, she represented defendants and cross-complainants in a fraud and real estate case involving complex property transactions and obtained jury verdict in favor of defendants. She also obtained damages on the cross-complaint. Ms. Noyes was also successful in representing a defendant and cross-complainant at an arbitration about a complicated agricultural dispute involving large farming associations and farming operations. Ms. Noyes has served on defense trial teams representing defendants in large scale class action suits. She has successfully obtained settlements and confidential settlements for defendants in a variety of civil cases throughout the State of California.

Ms. Noyes obtained her J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law. She obtained her B.A. from Fresno State University, where she founded the chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity.

When Ms. Noyes is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and children. She likes to read and write in her free time, catch a sporting event, go for a hike or play some golf and tennis. And she never passes on a sugary dessert.
