Madison R. Flareau

Madison R. Flareau is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. Her practices focuses on a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury defense.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Flareau gained diverse legal experience through her extensive work in complex real estate finance for both private and publicly traded firms.

Ms. Flareau earned her J.D. from Trinity International Law School, graduating in the top 10% of her class. During law school, Ms. Flareau was awarded the Golden Gavel Award for her cohort, received 11 American Jurisprudence awards, earned the Delta Theta Phi Scholarship and Key award, and was selected to study Advanced International Law abroad at the Rene Cassin Foundation in Strasbourg, France. She was also the first law student elected to the Editorial Board of the National Association of Woman Lawyers, Women Lawyers Journal, where she has published 4 articles and still currently a member of the board. She obtained her B.A. from Notre Dame College, where she was a member of the Nationally Ranked Moot Court Team and an NCAA athlete. Ms. Flareau is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

In her free time, Ms. Flareau is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time by the beach with her dog, Bruno.
