Adrian Alba

Adrian Alba is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego and Northern California Offices. His practice focuses on complex litigation.

Mr. Alba has proven success in law and motion work, effectively utilizing discovery and civil procedure to succeed on dispositive motions. Prior to becoming licensed to practice law in the state of California, Mr. Alba clerked for Tyson & Mendes, gaining experience in strategically and effectively defending a wide variety of claims.

Mr. Alba obtained his J.D from California Western School of Law in 2022, where he served as the student ambassador of the Latinx Society for first-year law students. Mr. Alba obtained his B.S in Criminal Justice with a focus on law and legal studies from Minot State University after receiving an athletic scholarship to play football.

In his free time, Mr. Alba enjoys spending time with his fiancé and his dog, Chico. He also enjoys boxing, watching the Las Vegas Raiders, and spending time with his family.
