Jason Boone

Jason Boone is a Partner in Tyson Mendes’ Jacksonville office. His practice areas include personal injury, property, premises liability, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UIM) claims.

Mr. Boone has significant experience with litigation at all stages in the insurance industry. He has represented various parties and carriers in trial and arbitrations in state courts throughout Florida and Federal District Courts. Mr. Boone has successfully obtained defense verdicts in premise and automobile matters. Always looking for positive, early resolutions for his clients, Mr. Boone has successfully argued summary judgement motions under various statutes, including Fla. Stat. 768.055. He has extensive experience representing large insurance carriers and corporations in the United States. Mr. Boone recently obtained a $28,000 verdict on an admitted liability rear-end accident involving a cervical fusion with past medical bills over $250,000 and a $2.4 million request from plaintiff in closing. He also obtained a defense verdict for a large retail client on a premises liability matter with a fractured foot and surgery. Mr. Boone was able to obtain a defense verdict on a UM case with contested liability. Mr. Boone is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and all U.S. District Courts of Florida.

Mr. Boone holds a LLM from Florida State University in Business Law, with a concentration in Cybersecurity.  He obtained his J.D. From Widener Commonwealth University where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Society and the Moot Court Honors Society. He obtained his B.A. from the Virginia Military Institute.

In his free time, Mr. Boone enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
