Jacqueline Mittelstadt

Jacqueline Mittelstadt is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Los Angeles office and has thirty years of litigation and transactional experience in both the private and public sectors.

Ms. Mittelstadt has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts and federal district courts throughout California. Ms. Mittelstadt prides herself on creative and persuasive motion writing. She positions her cases for early resolution and reasonable valuation for settlement by aggressively and successfully utilizing law and motion tools in the pre-trial process.

Ms. Mittelstadt obtained her J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1994, where she graduated with distinction – Order of the Coif. She obtained her B.A. from UCLA.

In her free time, Ms. Mittelstadt enjoys spending time at her surf shack in Baja Norte near Ensenada, surfing North County San Diego, and skiing in the winter. She also enjoys learning Spanish, JEEPing, and riding motorcycles on-road, and off-road.
