Kirsten K. Cinquemani

Kirsten K. Cinquemani is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County and Los Angeles offices. Her practice is focused on the defense of complex civil litigation actions involving matters which include high exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death. With an emphasis on medical malpractice, Ms. Cinquemani specializes in defending health care professionals of all specialties, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, mental health providers, skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health care providers. She also has significant experience handling professional liability, transportation litigation, premises liability, sexual misconduct, and general liability cases.
Ms. Cinquemani graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Prior to law school, Ms. Cinquemani’s passion for the law began at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, where she assisted low-income litigants with small claims matters, uncontested divorce and paternity petitions, and the Lawyer Referral Service.
Ms. Cinquemani is a member of the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management (SCAHRM) and she was selected for inclusion in the Inaugural Edition of “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®” in 2021 for Medical Malpractice and each year since. She is licensed to practice in California, New York, and Massachusetts.
Outside the office, Ms. Cinquemani enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading, hiking, and designing succulent arrangements.
