Kirsten K. Cinquemani

Kirsten K. Cinquemani is a Partner at Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County and Los Angeles offices. She is a skilled litigator as it pertains to all phases of insurance defense and complex civil litigation. 

Ms. Cinquemani has worked on a wide range of high-exposure matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, transportation litigation, sexual misconduct, general and premises liability lawsuits. She also has extensive medical malpractice experience specializing in the defense of all types of health care professionals, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, mental health providers, skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, and home health care providers. Ms. Cinquemani is a member of the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management (SCAHRM) and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). In 2023, she was recognized by Best Lawyers for her exceptionalism in Medical Malpractice Law. She is admitted to the bar in California, New York, and Massachusetts.

Ms. Cinquemani graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine, in 2006, with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. In 2010, she received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Prior to law school, Ms. Cinquemani’s passion for the law began at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, where she assisted low-income litigants with small claims matters, uncontested divorce and paternity petitions, and the Lawyer Referral Service.

Outside the office, Ms. Cinquemani enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their well-loved Silky Terrier, “Penny.”  She also dabbles in the design of succulent arrangements.
