Brett Runyon

Brett Runyon is a Partner in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. He brings more than 34 years of experience to the firm, spanning five decades. His practice includes many types of civil litigation throughout federal and state courts.

Mr. Runyon works carefully with his clients to achieve great results. He has attained verdicts in very large class action suits against both government and corporate defendants. Mr. Runyon also mediates civil cases around California. He presents regularly for Fortune 500 companies and conferences. Martindale-Hubbell rated him AV®-Preeminent.  Mr. Runyon is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Runyon earned his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law in 1986. He earned his B.S. from California State University, Fresno, in 1982. Mr. Runyon also earned an M.S. from Syracuse University in 2000. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University. Mr. Runyon is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and the District of Columbia.

In his free time, Mr. Runyon enjoys volunteering in his local community, running competitively, biking, and hiking.
