Ana Walsh is Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office. Her practice areas include complex and catastrophic loss litigation, commercial real estate, and contracts.
Ms. Walsh has extensive experience in business and litigation matters, including residential and commercial real estate and complex and catastrophic loss litigation. She possesses strong negotiation skills in contracts, property acquisitions and dispositions, and litigation and dispute settlement in both state and federal courts. Ms. Walsh has been highly successful in reaching favorable results through dispositive motions and settlements. She is adept at handling complex law and motion matters with persuasive writing and oral argument expertise. She consistently employs detailed and thorough legal and data-driven analyses and arguments to obtain excellent results for her clients, in and out of court.
Ms. Walsh obtained her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004. She obtained her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998, where she participated in the Honors Program and was on the Dean’s List. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the academic honor society, as well as Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
In her free time, Ms. Walsh enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys international travel, performing arts, and community service, and she speaks three languages (English, French, and Farsi).
