Amanda Ashworth
Amanda Ashworth is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office.
Ms. Ashworth has conducted multiple jury trials on her own. She has experience arguing motions, preparing hundreds of briefs submitted to the court, questioning witnesses during live testimony, and conducting hearings. Ms. Ashworth has won multiple favorable verdicts for her clients.
Ms. Ashworth obtained her B.A from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019 and a J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2022. While earning her J.D., Ms. Ashworth sharpened her trial skills by competing in Mock Trial and externing with the Honorable Kimberly Menninger in the Orange County Superior Courts of California. Additionally, Ms. Ashworth was the recipient of three CALI Awards for her Trial Practice, California Evidence, and Client Interviewing and Counseling courses.
In her spare time, Ms. Ashworth enjoys cooking, interior design, traveling, and playing with her nephews.
