The Diversity
& Inclusion Committee
This committee is responsible for establishing and fostering a culture of inclusion throughout the firm. It is accountable to firm management for providing proactive recommendations on how to achieve our goals and implement solutions. The committee serves as a resource for employees with challenges related to diversity and inclusion, providing support, resources and solutions. Houston Managing Partner Jennifer Akre chairs our Diversity & Inclusion committee.

Through our Women’s Initiative, we promote growth and facilitate business development for our attorneys and clients, providing a forum to address women’s challenges and promote success for women in the insurance and legal industries.
