Daniel Sharma
Daniel Sharma is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. His practice areas include automobile liability, products liability, premises liability, and casualty.
Mr. Sharma is a trial-tested litigator and U.S. Army veteran who brings tactical discipline, courtroom precision, and real-world litigation experience. In 2022, he began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled an extensive felony and misdemeanor caseload. This included prosecuting attempted murder, assault with deadly weapon, sexual battery, domestic violence, auto theft, fraud, burglary, drug sales/possession, and DUIs. Mr. Sharma conducted over 75+ preliminary hearings, litigated 50+ pre-trial motions, and completed 7 jury trials, securing multiple convictions in complex cases. Throughout his military career, Mr. Sharma has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Additionally, he is also a graduate of the United States Army Air Assault School.
Mr. Sharma obtained his J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law in 2018. While at SJCL, he was recognized as Student of the Year, served as Vice President of Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, and held elected positions as the class representative for the Student Bar Association. He was presented with the Wiley M. Manuel Award in recognition of his commitment to serving underrepresented and indigent members of the community. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of CA, Santa Barbara in 2013.
Outside the office, Mr. Sharma enjoys golfing, shooting, DIY projects, and spending time with his family (including his 3 dogs and 2 cats) and friends. He is also a passionate fan of the Detroit Lions.
