Royce Y. Huang
Royce Y. Huang is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Fresno office. His practice includes medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, and other general civil liability matters. He also has experience in commercial and employment litigation.
Mr. Huang has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, law and motion, expert discovery, and alternative dispute resolution. He has defended claims involving significant exposure and has successfully secured numerous dismissals, judgments, and favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. Mr. Huang is admitted to the California State Bar, the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management (SCAHRM), and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC).
Mr. Huang obtained his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While at Loyola Law School, he was on the Dean’s Honor List and was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Dolly M. Gee at the U.S. District Court, Central District of California
In his spare time, Mr. Huang enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and watching documentaries.
