Kareen Sassounian is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, general liability, personal injury, and premises liability.
Ms. Sassounian has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of litigation claims through mediation, settlement, and trial. With her extensive law and motion experience, she has successfully prepared and argued several dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment. Ms. Sassounian has also been successful in positioning her clients for early dismissal. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Sassounian obtained her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2015, where she served as a Student Ambassador, member of the Honors Board, and President of the Student Bar Association. She received the 2015 Dean’s Award for her leadership and service to the school. Ms. Sassounian obtained her B.A. from Chapman University in 2012.
In her free time, Ms. Sassounian enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and staying active.
