Thomas DeMarco

Thomas DeMarco is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ San Diego office and is a member of the Law and Motions team.
Mr. DeMarco clerked at the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland, first with the Honorable Colleen A. Cavanaugh and later for the senior judges of the jurisdiction. During his tenure, Mr. DeMarco participated in a wide variety of civil litigation, frequently tasked by his judges with single-handedly navigating the complex legal nuances of each case to find the best resolution of the matter. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Mr. DeMarco obtained his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2023, where he obtained certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Cybersecurity & Crisis Management and served as the Editor-in-Chief for Volume 18 of the Journal of Business and Technology Law. He graduated with honors from the University of Scranton in 2019, obtaining his B.S. in both Criminal Justice and Psychology.
When not writing, Mr. DeMarco is often found exploring Baltimore, whether by finding a new restaurant or watching an Orioles game. He can also be found developing his landscape photography skills.
