Maureen Daley

Maureen Daley is the Managing Partner of Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on corporate entity defense, with an emphasis on cases involving premises liability, products liability, employment, construction defect, commercial motor vehicle litigation, and dram shop cases.

Ms. Daley brings over 25 years of experience to the firm. She has extensive experience litigating in both federal and state courts. She has been recognized by Martindale-Hubble with a Distinguished SM rating for High Professional Achievement since 2005 and as a Super Lawyer in Law & Politics every year since 2008.  Ms. Daley was also designated as one of the Top 50 Female Lawyers in Pennsylvania. In addition to litigating matters, Ms. Daley is routinely retained to investigate and retain experts immediately following commercial motor vehicle, property losses, product liability claims and other sensitive matters, including investigation of abuse. Early investigation and coordination is important to guarantee a thorough defense. Ms. Daley is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. In addition, she has been admitted pro hac vice in Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.

Ms. Daley obtained her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. She obtained her B.S. from West Chester University.

When not practicing law, Ms. Daley enjoys traveling to new places, practicing yoga, and improving her tennis skills.
