Elizabeth Williams
Elizabeth Williams is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ San Francisco Bay Area office. Her practice focuses on diverse complex litigation including personal injury, general, products, premises and professional liability (including representing engineers and architects, lawyers, and real estate professionals), employment law and other related areas of practice.
Ms. Williams has over 40 years of litigation experience, including all aspects of insurance defense. She has tried thirteen superior court cases to jury verdict, numerous bench trials and arbitrations, and has five published appellate court decisions to her credit. Ms. Williams has successfully positioned multiple professional liability cases for summary judgment or favorable settlements. She is licensed to practice before the Courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern and Central District of California.
Ms. Williams obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
A native San Franciscan of Spanish descent, Ms. Williams is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Ms. Williams enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
