Phillip Neiman 

Phillip Neiman is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office.

Mr. Neiman has extensive experience resolving litigated cases and pre-litigation disputes as a neutral. Prior to joining the firm, he served primarily as a mediator and arbitrator in civil matters and as an administrative hearing officer.  He was previously the General Counsel of a registered broker-dealer. Mr. Neiman holds AIGP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mr. Neiman earned his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College (high honors, phi beta kappa) in 1985 and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1990.

He is an avid fly fisherman.
