Shaniqua Biggins

Shaniqua Biggins is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Dallas office. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, labor and employment litigation defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Biggins has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee and in federal district courts. She has been extremely successful in obtaining summary judgments, dismissals, and favorable settlement and trial outcomes for her clients. Ms. Biggins is a zealous and effective advocate who strives for excellence and effectiveness in her practice. She is also adept at aggressively handling complex cases throughout the entire litigation process and providing extensive evaluations and solutions for her clients.

Ms. Biggins obtained her J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 2018, where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, selected as an Advanced Clinical Student, and graduated cum laude. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014, where she participated in the English Honors Program and graduated magna cum laude.

In her free time, Ms. Biggins enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and actively participating in community services and events. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
