Harold West
Harold West is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ New Jersey office. He focuses on the defense against catastrophic personal injury claims and general liability litigation.
Mr. West brings extensive litigation experience to the firm. He has represented both individuals and businesses in state courts throughout New Jersey. He possesses extensive experience encompassing all facets of the litigation process and trial work. With a track record of securing defense verdicts in previous trials, Mr. West has represented a diverse client base, including multiple insurance carriers, notably the largest auto insurer in New Jersey, as well as individuals and businesses involved in state court cases throughout New Jersey.
Mr. West obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 2012. He obtained his B.A from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2008.
In his spare time Mr. West enjoys spending time with his wife. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, and fostering dogs through a local animal rescue.
