Cinquemani’s practice is focused on the defense of complex civil litigation actions including high exposure catastrophic injury and wrongful death. With an emphasis on medical malpractice, Cinquemani specializes in defending health care facilities and professionals in a variety of fields including mental health, skilled nursing, residential care, and assisted living. She also has significant experience handling professional liability, transportation litigation, premises liability, sexual misconduct, and general liability cases.

With more than a decade in the legal industry, Cinquemani joins Tyson & Mendes after previously serving as senior counsel at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP.

Cinquemani graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to law school, Cinquemani assisted low-income litigants at the Legal Aid Society of Orange Count with small claims matters, uncontested divorce and paternity petitions, and the Lawyer Referral Service.

Cinquemani is licensed to practice in California, New York, and Massachusetts and is a member of the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management. She was selected for inclusion in the Inaugural Edition of “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” in 2021 for medical malpractice.
