We formalized the Tyson & Mendes Women’s Initiative to promote growth and facilitate business development for both our attorneys and clients through networking and social information sharing opportunities.

We are honored to host unique events with engaging, meaningful programs addressing women’s issues in the insurance and legal industries.  These events provide a forum for our clients and attorneys to explore networking, mentoring, and business development opportunities.  Our Women’s Initiative events have forged lasting, meaningful relationships both inside and outside the firm.

About 50 percent of Tyson & Mendes’ 200-plus attorneys are women, greatly outpacing the 35 percent national average for women in the legal profession. In addition, about 80 percent of Tyson & Mendes’ support staff are female, resulting in about 64 percent of our overall employees being female.
