The Millennial Effect: How Millennial Jurors are Impacting Jury Awards

Millennials are the generation raised on technology, smart phones, and video games, amid a culture of recession, violence on campuses, and pandemic. Suffice to say, they consume information differently and have different attitudes about justice and the world around them.
