Leslie Harrach
Leslie Harrach is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Scottsdale office. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, and bad faith litigation.
Ms. Harrach has extensive experience successfully representing multinational corporations, healthcare providers, long-term skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, general contractors and sub-contractors, large and small businesses, corporations, creditors, and individuals in all phases of civil and commercial litigation. She has experience in Arizona state courts and federal district and bankruptcy courts, including courtroom and alternative dispute resolution experience.
Ms. Harrach received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004, cum laude. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2001 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Molecular and Cellular Biology. During law school, Ms. Harrach externed for the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas, United States District Court, District of New Jersey; was the Research and Writing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion; acted as Research Assistant for Professor/Dean Kimberly M. Mutcherson; consistently made the Dean’s List; was a Dean’s Scholar; and received several awards for Writing and Moot Court Best Brief and Best Oral Argument. After law school, she clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2005.
In her free time, Ms. Harrach enjoys spending time with her ever expanding family of rescue dogs and cats. She also enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling.
