Jocelyne Peregoy

Jocelyne Peregoy is a Partner at Tyson & Mendes’ Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses on general casualty, products liability, premises liability, church sexual abuse law, and commercial motor vehicle cases.

Ms. Peregoy brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm. In her career, she has obtained full defense verdicts in both premises liability and products liability cases. Ms. Peregoy has prepared appellate briefs for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and she also has experience arguing cases before Pennsylvania’s appellate court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Ms. Peregoy obtained her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. After graduation, she clerked for a judge in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She obtained her M.B.A. from La Salle University in Analytics and her B.S. from the College of New Jersey.  She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

When she’s not working, Ms. Peregoy enjoys staying active: she teaches yoga and coaches a youth running program called Girls on the Run.
