In addition to an active trial practice, Ms. Daley serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and is an appointed arbitrator and private mediator. She represents large corporations and individuals, delivering favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Daley is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania. She was recognized by American Law and Politics as Super Lawyer 2008-2023 and as one of the Top 50 Female Lawyers in Pennsylvania.
Joseph Longo, Partner, specializes in product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and casualty matters. Mr. Longo serves as an Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County and has provided outstanding results in jury trials in Philadelphia and its surrounding jurisdictions.
Allan Goulding, Senior Counsel, has over 40 years of experience in jury and bench trials, representing major insurance carriers, international businesses, self-insured entities, and local businesses in matters involving all aspects of insurance defense. He maintains a long history of vigorously defending clients in Pennsylvania and Federal District Courts. Mr. Goulding previously worked as a Complex Litigation Counsel for a major insurance carrier.
