Jason Nguyen

Jason Nguyen is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ Phoenix office. His practice focuses on a broad range of personal injury defense cases.

Mr. Nguyen compiled extensive litigation experience through his position as an Assistant Attorney General in the Maricopa County Superior Court, where he represented the Arizona Department of Child Safety in juvenile dependency proceedings. Mr. Nguyen thrives in a fast-paced environment and was able to obtain 40 favorable verdicts for the department in one calendar year.

Mr. Nguyen obtained his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 2021, where he served as an executive board member for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. He obtained his B.S. from Arizona State University in 2018, where he served as Vice President of the only Asian-Interest Fraternity, Pi Alpha Phi, for the 2017-2018 academic year. Mr. Nguyen was an avid participant in mock trials and debate events throughout campus.

In his free time, Mr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their many pets. He also enjoys reading, basketball, and working on DIY home projects.
