Jacqueline Yee

Jacqueline Yee is Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office and works with multiple teams.

Before joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Yee worked with patent firms and corporations. As a legal intern for a patent firm, her work focused on civil and criminal law. She provided support in the development of legal literature by conducting extensive legal research and analysis of criminal and civil legal briefs and in the creation of the firm’s legal intern program. Ms. Yee also worked as a legal extern for a patent brokerage firm, where she worked with patents and conducted legal research on a broad range of issues, including property law and wills and trusts.

Ms. Yee obtained her J.D. from Santa Clara University of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the Honors Internal Moot Court on the Problem Committee. Prior to law school, she obtained her B.S. in Biology with a focus in Physiology with a double Minor in Chemistry and Legal Studies from San Jose State University.

In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with friends, family and her beloved pets. She also enjoys playing board games and video games.
