Elizabeth Kirkpatrick

Elizabeth Kirkpatrick is an Associate at Tyson and Mendes’ Jacksonville office. Her practice focuses on general liability. Ms. Kirkpatrick is a trial attorney and has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state court throughout Florida.

Prior to joining Tyson and Mendes, Ms. Kirkpatrick was an association for a civil plaintiff’s firm in Miami Beach, where she resolved cases involving high value business and contractual disputes. In addition, Ms. Kirkpatrick was a felony Assistant State Attorney in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida representing the State of Florida. Ms. Kirkpatrick has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.

Ms. Kirkpatrick obtained her J.D. from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in 2019, where she served as the Vice President and Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association and President of the Criminal Law Society. While attending law school, she was on the Dean’s List. Ms. Kirkpatrick obtained her B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014, where she continues to participate as a virtual mentor for the Political Science Program. Ms. Kirkpatrick is not only a member of the Florida Bar Association, but she is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association. Ms. Kirkpatrick holds an active law license in both states.

In her free time, Ms. Kirkpatrick enjoys spending time with her husband, child, and two dogs. She also enjoys engaging in culinary experiences, traveling the world, and watching University of Tennessee sports.
