Maryan Lowery

Maryan Lowery is an Associate at Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office.

Ms. Lowery gained trial experience as a Post Bar Certified Law Clerk at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where she notably served as second chair. Additionally, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court in San Diego, working as a clerk for the Honorable Federal Judge Houston. Ms. Lowery excels in dynamic settings and has a strong passion for service.

A recent law graduate, Ms. Lowery obtained her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, completing the program in two years and graduating cum laude. In law school, she held leadership roles, such as President of Alternative Dispute  Resolution Honor’s Society, Vice President of Criminal Law Society, and Vice President of CLIMB Mentorship Program. Additionally, she actively participated in Mock Trial and ADR teams, achieving commendable rankings. Ms. Lowery holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has received two associate degrees in public policy and liberal arts from Santa Monica College.

In her free time, Ms. Lowery loves trying out new recipes, spending quality time with family, and hitting the tennis court for some fun and exercise.
