Chase Wyatt

Chase Wyatt is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County Office. His practice focuses on handling insurance defense litigation, including general liability, premises, personal injury, and employment law.

Mr. Wyatt has proven success in many stages of litigation, including representing individuals in civil disputes and drafting arguments against the USPTO. He is known for his creative arguments and passion when it comes to defending his clients. This passion has helped Mr. Wyatt win many arguments on behalf of his clients and had led to the successful register of four separate trademarks as well.

Mr. Wyatt obtained his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2023, where he served as vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and worked as representative of the Public Interest Law Foundation. He obtained his B.A. in legal studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he was also team captain and recruitment chair for the Slug baseball team.

In his free time, Mr. Wyatt enjoys catching a baseball game, going on hikes, and watching the latest movies.
