The trials are coming!  The trials are coming!  The defense industry is facing an unprecedented number of cases queued up for trial as we move toward a post-pandemic world.  As seen in the many large verdicts rendered in the last 18 months, the return to jury trials comes with an increasing threat of Nuclear Verdicts®.  Presenters and TM HALO® trial attorneys will discuss the current and future state of trials.  The presenters will also analyze two recent cases that resulted in Nuclear Verdicts® and discuss how the application of the Tyson & Mendes Methods could have prevented those astronomical jury awards.
