Women at the Top: Reaching the Apex in Work and Life

The Tyson & Mendes Women’s Initiative returns to NYC for another signature invigorating and validating event! First, in collaboration with Megan Bell’s award-winning podcast, InsHER, National Managing Partner Cayce Lynch and Partner, Head of Growth & Client Engagement Ashley Fetyko will host a live episode of their podcast, The Normal Mess, focused on finding your voice and uplifting others. Next, attendees will take part in an uproarious celebration of hypewomen everywhere before hearing from women leaders at the top of the industry: Jennifer Odrobina, SVP Head of Financial Lines Claims – Sompo; Krishna Lynch, Risk & Insurance Executive; and, Sarah Abrams, Executive Vice President, RT ProExec – The OakBridge Team, who will lead a candid and collaborative discussion on how to get audacious to level up! Finally, attendees will be treated to stand-up comic Brynne MacEachern as she finds the funny before closing the evening with cocktails, mocktails, and networking. This event is open to all who are ready to level up their joy, community, and goals. Join us in reaching The Apex!

Brynne MacEachern – Standup Comedian:

Brynne MacEachern is a seasoned writer, comedian, and the author of the picture book Your Kid is Coming Back, which was featured in LA Parents Magazine. With 20 years of experience in stand-up comedy, Brynne has honed her craft both on stage and behind the scenes, collaborating with various sketch comedy troupes throughout her career. Her comedic insights and sharp wit have also earned her writing credits with The LA Times, Motherly, and YMC: Motherhood Unfiltered.

In addition to her work as a writer and comedian, Brynne co-hosts the podcast Love These Mother-Daughter Talks with her daughter, where they share humorous and heartfelt conversations about parenting, life, and everything in between. The duo was also featured in 20/20’s 24 Months That Changed the World. Brynne’s diverse body of work reflects her passion for blending humor, motherhood, and storytelling into meaningful experiences for her audience.
