Nuclear Verdicts®, outrageous and extreme jury awards, are increasing exponentially across the United States.  Presenters, Bob Tyson, TM HALO® trial attorney, and author of the best-selling book Nuclear Verdicts®: Defending Justice for All, and Cayce Lynch, Administrative Partner, will discuss the formulaic pattern the plaintiffs’ bar follows to drive up Nuclear Verdicts® and how the defense can break the pattern to stop Nuclear Verdicts®.  The presenters will explore the tools of persuasion and tactics plaintiffs’ attorneys are using to incite juror anger – the primary driver of Nuclear Verdicts® – such as creatively arguing damages, filing motions, and requesting sanctions against defense counsel.  Attendees will leave with an understanding of the plaintiffs’ bar’s playbook so the defense can break the pattern and prevent Nuclear Verdicts®.
