Achieving a successful outcome at trial requires human connection to capture the nuances of gesture, language, and presentation. The possibility of remote trials (which pose a myriad of challenges for defense attorneys in particular) is here to stay. Attorneys must contend with new issues on how to handle witnesses, trial prep, depositions, presentation, and preparation for many days of trial. In this session, attendees will learn the ins and outs of conducting a virtual trial and how to prepare for it, as well as how to try and prevent them from happening if possible.
