The Tyson & Mendes Los Angeles office serves counties throughout Southern California, handling insurance defense litigation in both state and federal courts. Our Los Angeles attorneys represent clients in a diverse range of complex and high exposure cases, including personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, toxic tort matters, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions issues, construction defect, insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith, employment law, and appeals.
Our Los Angeles office is led by David Frishman, where he is a leader of the Los Angeles Complex Trial Team. Mr. Frishman obtained his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1987 and has extensive litigation experience, including trial, having represented individuals, property owners, transportation companies, developers, contractors, hotels, property management companies, and other businesses in state courts throughout California, as well as federal district courts.
